KCS warranty

Our superior warranty is available for all our vehicles. We offer two levels of protection: Platinum for all cars up to 8 years old or 80,000 miles from the inception date of the cover and Gold for cars up to 10 years old or 100,000. More details below.

What does the warranty cover?

Both Platinum and Gold include so many parts - around 6,000 in fact - that it's almost impossible to list each one. Almost all of your vehicle's mechanical, electrical and electronic components are covered against failure including:

  • Battery (exc. EVs and hybrids) for the first 6 months of your cover
  • Braking system
  • Camshaft timing belt / chains
  • Casings
  • Clutch up to 6 years / 60,000 miles
  • Coil springs and shock absorbers(replaced in pairs)

  • Diagnosis costs
  • DPF / catalytic converter
  • Drive system
  • Electrical and electronic parts

  • Fuel system
  • Gearbox and transmission
  • Hybrid and electric vehicle power generation and transmission parts

  • Original in-car entertainment, infotainment, Sat Nav and telephone up to £5,000 inc. VAT
  • Re-programming and software updates if part of repair process
  • Remote key fobs or key cards up to £250 inc. VAT
